Give permission like never before.
Bare! Vulnerable! But never alone.

It’s safe to go deeper, none is judged here.
Allow the flow of pain, sadness, joy or even fear

Express all that was halted before.
Give the chance for the body to just be.

No one is broken, though, we all need to heal.
